Clarity of mission

You will be informed of the organization’s mission, how it intends to use donated resources, and its capacity to use donations effectively for the intended purposes.

Consistent stewardship

You will know the identity of those serving on the organization’s governing board and can expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities.

Financial transparency

You can access the organization’s most recent financial statements.

Responsible allocation

You know your gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given.

Appropriate recognition

You will receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition for your generosity.

Confidentiality

All information about your donations will be handled with respect and confidentiality to the extent provided by law.

Professionalism

All of your relationships and interactions with individuals representing the organization will be professional in nature.

Clarity of role

You will always know whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organization, or hired solicitors.

Privacy

You can always ask to have your name deleted from mailing lists.

Prompt responses

Feel free to ask questions when donating; we will provide prompt, truthful, and forthright answers.
