Cultivating independence, accomplishment, and belonging

Since 1975, we’ve facilitated safe and secure environments for adults, 18 years of age or older, with intellectual disabilities and autism so they can lead active and fulfilling lives. The Residential Program includes 10 licensed community group homes, seven of which are fully handicapped accessible and provide 24-hour care. In addition, Pathways offers supported living services for individuals who own or rent their own homes or apartments. These services provide up to 30 hours per week of customized support, allowing individuals to remain living independently in their own homes.

Who it’s for

The Residential Program serves individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism who are 18 years of age or older.

Residential offers:

Our 10 homes include staff support 24 hours a day and opportunities tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.

Individuals who decide to live in their own homes or apartments can receive direct and indirect support from PathWays staff.

PathWays’ single-level HUD Homes are fully handicap accessible and offer safety and comfort to people of all abilities.
