Ryan started at YCP when he was six months old. Early on, he had feeding and swallowing issues, and couldn’t drink from a bottle without help. He also needs special drops for his eyes three times a day, and because he can’t blink it’s important to watch other children and toys around his eyes. The staff not only helps Ryan with all of this, they handle the OT, PT, Speech and Vision therapies he needs outside of his weekly sessions. They really have become like family to us. Despite the different needs of each child, they include all children in activities together. We love that Ryan loves to go to YCP every day. He talks about his friends and his nurses on the weekends. The nurses are great about sending videos, pictures and updates about Ryan daily. We couldn’t ask for better care for our son.
